  11. The best way to neutralise something spicy is to use a dairy product; milk, plain yogurt, etc. Indian people even have a drink called "lassi" which is a yoghurt-based drink often used as an accompaniment to meals.

  19. White bread. I do not know why. It is sjust a well known fact that has been known by generations of Southerners (USA) who eat hot peppers. You can also drink lots of beer before during and after your hot pepper eating.
