  1. Reduce energy consumption is the most important thing.  Drive less, and/or get a more efficient car.  Use compact flourescent light bulbs, which is a completely painless way to save energy.  Add more insulation to your home, caulking and weatherstripping.  Change the filters in your heating and a/c units often and set the thermostat cooler in winter and warmer in summer.  You can also make a difference when you shop.  Buying used items reduces natural resources required to make new ones.  Buy recycled paper for your printer.  Don't buy disposable anything.  This is just a start but these are the easiest ones.  Check out sierraclub.org for other ideas.

  2. global warming i dont think can be stopped but we can stop helping it becoming faster, this requires global co operation between all countries ,and taking into account human nature and the world politics ,it is unlikely that this will happen,

At least not untill we are all in the middle of planetary disastres and it becomes a battle for the survival of humanity every where.

  3. A community of marginal researchers are working to create a magnetic motor capable of having more power output then put in.  But the fossil fuels loby's are trying to stop there blossoming.  I dont understand why the governments that are supposed to protect the people are not doing anything to help these researchers out.  They want to save jobs, but soon there wont be anybody left to do these jobs cause were all going to be dead!
