If there is a freaky guy that stands with your group at school that everyone there hates the guy and he watch your every move. He sometime touches some people.

Someone needs to talk to him. Maybe he wants in the group. After talking you can then form a opinion about him. We had one, were in highschool. He always walked around and when we started talking to him, we found out he had a lot more on his shoulders than we thought. All he was looking for was to be acctped.
