  1. Stop smoking.

  2. recycle, drive less (car pool bus etc), adjust the AC in your home, plant trees and so on

  3. Number one: empower yourself by learning more than the average joe or jane on this, so you can help direct a healthy discussion. (Leave the toxic ones alone!) First 5 sites are to provide you background information.

Identify your carbon footprint and take measures to reduce that footprint. 6th site will help you gauge your own mark on the planet.

Let your elected officials know you are an informed citizen who votes. Last few sites are groups working towards finding or implementing solutions.  You may wish to join one of these to reach more people more quickly.

  4. We should  try to use alternative resources as much as we can in our daily life

  5. Recycle all that you can. Buy green products such as recycled paper, green works cleaner, and more efficient light bulbs. Figure out what trees are native to your area( The ones that are supposed to be there) and plant a variety of them. Also, ride your bike more. If youd like to know more just ask me

  6. Recycle cans, bottles, plastic, and paper. Walk more and drive less that way you save gas. Try not to throw away too many things when you can reuse them or sell them. Never burn plastic or trees in your life. Plant trees in your backyard. Spread the fact that global warming is real and tell other people how to stop global warming.

  7. Well since we know that there has been at least four different Ice Ages, we know that global warming is inevitable. The earth will change over time whether we like it or not. Considering that 99% of animals once known through history are now extinct gives us a 99% gaurantee that we too will become extinct. Much of global warming is caused by human pollution and disruption to the natural enviornment, but it is earth's way of naturally cleansing itself. Just as you would set a crop field on fire, only to let the grass mulch up, become soil, and then crop all over again. Sense our entire civilization involves variables of global warming, unless we can return back to our foraging ancestors or sacrifice all the conviniences of technology we have created, we're doomed. We can however slow the process down as much as we possibly can so that we can give science more time to solve the problem another way.
