  1. To truly intergrate means also as adults- so how many persons with disabilities do most people have over for dinner and a movie?

First and most important: handicapped should be regarded as equal, which in itself can present a problem..."normal" people tend to think their standards are those that matter and should be implied in public; the truth of the matter is: standards of the handicapped are lower, because their capabilities are lower...unless we adapt some of our standards so they could be implied in public places like schools, jobs, shops, etc...where the handicapped live, true integration is impossible...

  3. 1) Start with Early Infant Education as soon as they're diagnosed.

    2) Then have full integration in the school system.

    3) Have a law like the US's Americans with Disabilities Act, to protect their rights.
