We're on our honeymoon in Napa, Ca, and we flew from New Bern, NC to Atlanta, then on to San Francisco. When we got into Atlanta, our plane sat on the tarmac for an hour because everything was so backed up because of bad weather. We just barely made our flight to SFO. When we got to SFO, they told us our luggage would be coming on the next flight from ATL. They said it would be delivered to our hotel in Napa between 9am and noon the next day. It is now a full day later, and no sign of our luggage. We keep checking the website to see if there is any new information, but it just says "we have no updates and are still searching for your luggage." We called the phone number, but it just takes us through an automated system, not to an actual person. Does anyone have any advice for what we should do? Is there a phone number at Delta where we can actually talk to a person? Please help!
