What can we do to get rid of all this rubbish??

Tell me some of ur own strategies of getting rid of it and what we could do that could make our environment healthier and cleaner plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I try to buy more fresh products to reduce the packaging of frozen and canned foods.
