What can we do to make students wash their hands after using the restroom?

  1. Right off the top of my head I'd say that one way would be to make students wait to enter a washroom until they had shaken hands with someone coming out.  It would at least make them think about it.


  2. Have an armed guard standing in the washroom. lol jk.

  3. You could have signs on the wall above the faucets that remind them about the results that would happen if bacteria went into your bodies and other stuff alike that.



    OR

    You could have the teacher examine their hands when they get back to see if it was wet and usually they would've dried it so then u should have paper towels in the classroom instead of the bathroom.

  4. Show them some photos of diseases that can be spread through skin on skin contact.  Or maybe a photo of the fleash eating disease.  Then tell them that to prevent this from happening, they must wash their hands after using the restroom.

  5. inspect their hands if it's clean they can sit...if not go back to the restroom wash the hands...li'l rascal...LOL

  6. make them feel gross and left out if they don't... you know, like make them think that they are losers if they don't wash their hands. no one wants to be the dirty kid.
