  1. Sbad,

According to the linked story, cell phones may be the cause of the missing honey bees.  The theory is that radiation from cell phones may be interfering with honey bees' navigation systems.  I kid you not.

  2. Don't worry. Global warming isn't  even related to the honeybee problem. Scientists have concluded tha the cause of the population decrease of honeybees is due to a type of fungus.  The cellphone radiation was just a theory. (You can find information about the discovery online- even by typing in the question).

There are so many different types of shortages.  There's shortages of many resources that we need to use in daily life.  Coal, gasoline, fossil fuels are not nearly as plentiful as they used to be many years ago. WIth the growing number of cars and automobiles, the supply of these fuels will not be enough to keep up.  But these kinds of shortages are a good lesson- that we need to find alternate and renewable resources instead.

To prevent shortages, we need to take preventative measures and learn how to live sustainably- live with just what we need- not more.
