  1. sleep a lot

    work and sleep

    that is all

  2. It is not the spending which is harmful.  It is the nature of the spending.  Special interests and oligopoly are attempting to economically enslave masses of people.  Mainstream America is being drained of its accrued personal wealth.

There is no exchange of goods or services for the spending.

Were financial investments the object of the spending, enormous growth would be the result and benefits would accrue.

The "New Deal" is a classic example of economic turn around.  Change the equation.  Industrial and technical economics present a new frontier of creative opportunities to develop innovative solutions to virtually every challenge.

The War In Iraq is probably only the tip of an enormous economic iceberg.  Stop the war.  Redirect spending into domestic infrastructure.

We must invest in domestic infrastructure to guarantee constructive return on spending.  Knowledge an awareness are the weapons for political policy changes.

  3. Cutting down on bills:

    - take navy showers

    - If you're not using it, it should be off

    - Cut off the A/C

    General Spending:

    - Only drink tap water (soda is unhealthy, and bottled water is just tap water in bottles)

    - When grocery shopping, make a list at home and purchase *only* what is on that list. (to curb the "ooh, that sounds good" thoughts)
