Looking for ideas. As a computer recycler we have batches of these on a regular basis. I can only use so many on my allotment to scare woodpigeons.

Alternatively does anyone know of a reliable ethical UK recycler who takes them?

  1. I have seen them used to create mobiles... Cut up and broken, they reflect nicely when the sun shines.

  2. They make good flashers to attract fish ...great device to use in  spearfishing !

  3. Throw them in the furnace and burn them.

  4. glue loads on top of eachother and make them into book ends?

    make a mobile?

cut them up and make a mosaic?

  5. Freecycle them to some other crafty person.

  6. I use them as coasters for cups and glasses.  You can also punch holes and tie string through them and make one of those vibrating toys.  Be creative.

  7. I saw a few vehicles which were covered in them.   Most just had them glued on whole, but one guy actually cut them into little squares so they didn't have the hole in the middle before gluing them on.   Why anyone would want to do this is a mystery, but its just a suggestion.
