What can we do with used staple wires? can these be recycled or something?

we use staplers a lot in the office and i'm wondering what we can do with the used staple wires.

Your best bet is stapleless staplers. Another Idea is th just use paper clips and reuse them. But the most reassuring thing is that almost all wast facilities use a rectifier/magnet to pull out as much ferrous(iron & steel) material as they can for bulk recycling. If the staple is still in the paper then it may not get picked up, but if it is loose, it will. Good Luck and thank you for thinking zero waste!

Staples are not a problem with paper recycling.  Go ahead and just leave the staples on the documents you recycle.

Should staples be removed from paper prior to recycling?  



It is not necessary to remove staples from paper prior to recycling, the staples will come out during the recycling process.

I'm not sure but I do know of  stapless staplers. Not sure how well they work though.
