Nobody will show up and the two people that do show up Mc Cain will put them to sleep so it wont matter everybody is going to come to the same conclusion, McCain had already lost this election

Since the hurricane will be the focus of news reporting this week, the Republicans will have a muted convention.  Some speeches and celebrations will either be postponed or canceled.  Bush/Cheney have already declined to speak, as have many Gulf coastal governors.  Several Republicans were trying to decide whether to turn the event into a telethon to raise money for the disaster areas and victims.

Well - they won't be telling you about all the money Bush has been paying Korea not to make any more nukes ( they've already got them).

He's tucked it under the Aid budget - so nobody notices.You're so naive - you don't believe he'd hide his weakness.

In Europe - we laugh - we call this protection money - as when you stop paying - they'll start making them again.

And they won't be saying he's offered Iran the same thing  - he's so weak.

It's like paying money to the mob  -  and none of the Repubs seem to realise. So funny (check your Aid Budget )

I come from a family of Democrats, and watching the Democratic Convention this week made me feel proud to be a democrat, so all I expect from the Republican convention is feeling even more proud. I may be wrong though....

Nothing just a big hurricane. Many of the speakers are scared to come starting with Bush. Barbie Doll is a done deal, so why have a convention?

I know it won't be a circus spectacle like Obama's was. It will be down to earth and portray the republican message. We don't need fake fronts and fireworks to impress people.
