I put together my 3 chest drawer (the ANEBODA) and apparantly the wood wasnt completely straight and bowes in a little so the drawers dont fit properly. now, its all assembled but the drawers wont open unless mercilessly forced. I really would like to take this back and get another (hoping it will work out) but i dont know if they'll let us! help?

  5. Yes, you most certainly can, IKEA are very keen to see these type of complaints, so as to adjust with their suppliers.

Take it back assembled, let them see the problem, don't forget your receipt.

When there is a problem such as this, they may exchange for something else if you insist, if you wish the same item, they will help and assemble the item to see that there is no defect.

I had this problem and Ikea were very friendly and helpful, that was in Orebro Sweden.

You should however call them first. and explain the fault.

  6. well maybe if you put it back in the package and if you haven't used it and if you have the recet
