What can you do about cheating?

It's pretty obvious in a Yahoo! private league that the commish has a couple of dummy teams in the league and is making bad trades to put the best players on his team? What can we do about it?

Don't join a league with people you can't trust. Get all of your close friends together in a league and play that way. The season hasn't even started yet, so I would simply get out of this league and find another one. Also, hold a live draft, with all the team owners in attendance. That way, you know the all of the teams are legit.

Two ways to handle that:

1) Email the LM. If he doesn't fess up or worse - doesn't care - then consult the rest of the league. If that doesn't work,

2) Mock him and then Quit. Let him get his jollies by beating fake teams. Make sure you don't drop anyone though!
