  2. Its a civil matter which means that you need to go to a lawyer but you need to prove that they are trying to fail you which is difficult. Teachers also corroborate each others stories and certainly dont like complaints made to the school or professional bodies about them. This tends to make them worse and the student alot worse off than before.
