What can you do for the pain of gallbladder? ?

It is a holiday weekend . My husband is suffering from gallbladder pain. He has had no fatty food since Wednesday. Is there something I can give him for pain?

I Think the best thing to do would go to the er to make sure there are no stones or that the gallbladder isn't inflamed. There could be a possibility that it is and he will require surgery.
