I am so worried about this because my parents have spent over $100k just for the rent of the house I am living in as a student and spent several thousands of dollars on my tuition.

I wonder if there are any other universities that will accept BYU transfer credit because I want to earn my master's and take the CPA exam.

I am an accounting major at Brigham Young University and just discovered that it isn't accredited by the National Distance Learning Accreditation Council. I am really worried about this because I'll probably only be able to get hired by LDS owned businesses without the accreditation.

I think it might be because it's a religious school because their tests sure seem difficult enough to rival state schools.

Here is the web site that my friend sent me to of our national accreditation agency.

This makes me angry to just think of all the money my parents wasted because I am afraid to tell them about my school. My Dad will be so upset with me because he wanted me to go to a state school.

  1. BYU was on that list. It's a big respected school. Lots of people have their BA/BS degrees from the Y and then go on to get grad. degrees from some very big universities. I don't see why you would have a problem.
