Depends on what she did for you to feel that way. Those are very strong feelings. Forgiving someone is very hard.

With being a woman myself, I know I am not perfect. Yet, I have zero tolerance for lying, cheating, and stealing. It has been hard for me to forgive anyone who has done any of those three things towards me in life. My last relationship, the guy cheated on me with my best friend, and lied about it. Needless to say it was very hard to forgive the both of them. In fact it took years for me to overcome those feelings. However, the hardest part was to forgive myself, for allowing them to cause me so much anger.

I hope you get through what ever she had done without anger or resentment.
