  1. You can go to paypal, and under the toolbar, click resolution center, and submit a complaint. and if that doesnt work, make it a dispute, and you MIGHT get your money back.

  2. Go back and look at the sellers description. If it is accurate then you have bought what was advertised, you have made a mistake, learn from it and accept it.

    If it is not as described then write once more to the seller stating why you feel they have misrepresented it and give them one last chance to resolve the issue. Give them a set amount of days to reply. If that does not work complain to e-bay, complain to Paypal and hope. They are generally useless. Hopefully you will have paid by credit card, that gives you protection in itself. Complain to the credit card company and they are generally more helpful than E-bay or Paypal.

  3. Put it back on eBay and hope someone else will buy it :D

  4. The iCn 510 does accept postcode - see section 8 of the manual;

    http://www.navman.com/docs/manuals/icn51...

    If they're not on it, then it possibly needs updated maps.

  5. Put it back on ebay , donate it, give it to a kid as a gift(really little ones love anything, through it away, use it as a door stop,or go to a pawn shop.

    hope this helps

  6. Firstly, if the item is exactly as described then you have no comeback whatsoever. So read the Ebay listing and see exactly what it says.

    If the listing makes claims that are not correct if you paid using Paypal you can raise a dispute with Paypal.

    Your fist port of call though should be to go back to the seller and state your issue with the item and ask what they suggest.

  7. You should have checked out the features of the model before you bought it. Not all sat navs do post codes.

    Not the sellers fault.
