  1. 1 - Get Reiki treatments, especially several on consecutive days to start with.

2 - Take a Reiki class and practice on yourself at least daily.

3 - Visit TheWork dot com and "do the work" (The Work of Byron Katie).

4 - Download the materials at TheWork and practice this method (of handling your stressful thoughts) until it runs automatically in your head when needed.

5 - If you can't take time for those, you can purchase "essential oils" also known as "aromatherapy." Mix "ClarySage" with "Bergamot" or "Ylang Ylang" OR you can get "Chamomile" which costs a bit more.

6 - Practice "soft belly" meditation. Close your eyes and breath deeply so your entire abdomen moves. Think the word "soft" during inhalation and the word "belly" during exhalation. Start with 3-4 minutes at a time and build to 15 minutes twice daily.

  2. talk 2 some1who is in a normal state of mind...it may help! if not then .................................... i dont know

  3. When it got really bad for me, and I mean really bad (major anxiety and panic attacks because of the constant stress), I took 2 weeks away from work and when I went back to work I started off doing part-time hours for 1 month to ease back into it.

My worries were money related, work related, health related and generally just biting more off than I could chew. At the end of the day, you need to STOP, relax and forget about those things you cannot control. Most of us who are chronic stress heads or worry warts are major control freaks, and we need to learn that we can't worry about what we can't control!!

I found the mix of taking a bit of time away from work and easing back into it worked a dream, but I also appreciate that not everyone may be lucky enough to have this opportunity.

Good luck to you, and remember, don't stress about things that you cannot control, its a waste of time, and its bad for your health!

  5. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery - quit worrying about the past and being anxious about the future.  Enjoy the "now."  Yoga, meditation, read a good book....

  6. seroquel

  7. Learn to mediatate.    It really helps.

And learn to stay away from the things which stress you out, whenever possible.  You still have to go to school or work, and take tests and such.  But you can learn to face it without stress.  Accept what is, and live with it.

I have a permanent disease (not terminal, but it'll affect me until I die), and some permanenent disabling injuries.

OK, I can live with that.  If I let it stress me out, it won't make it any better - it'll make it worse.  So I accept the major diet changes, the 'no more skiing, running, or playing basketball.  I find other foods to eat and other things to do.  And I'm still happy.

    Good luck.
