  1. have a good balance between work and leisure.

draw up the days of the week (in a row at the top) on a piece of paper, then add a column on the left hand side where you list hours of the day eg. from 7am until midnight. then rule it up so you have a grid thing going on.

then write in the things you know are definite, and get out your textas/highlighters/pencils and colour code the boxes.

    some examples...

if you have dinner every night at 7pm, write this next to 7pm for each day of the week, then shade in each box in a colour. I'd pick green for dinner.

if you work three days a week, from 8pm until midnight, write this in on the days you work. then shade the boxes another colour.

repeat this for everything, be it music lessons, sport, work, hanging out with friends, whatever.

it helps you see what takes up your time, what time you have free to do homework in, and, in my case when I did this, how much time you just waste.

by knowing what you do when, you'll know when you can fit study/homework in, and that should help immensely. it helped me out a lot, doing this.

if I've confused you with this answer, please don't hesitate to send me a message and I can reword.
