I have a problem with bowel movements. I've been using enzymes before meals, I eat plenty of foods with fiber, I use HCL(Hydrocloric acid pills) after meals and I still struggle to have a bowel movements once per day and when I do, a LOT comes out at once. I've been told from people who aren't doctors (friends) that eating meat could be the reason my digestive system is so puzzling. Could it be a gluten sensitivity as someone else has suggested? I keep hearing about how digestion is imperative to good health, what the heck can I do?

  1. Eat plenty of green vegies. Especially beans. Eat less at night, less salty foods, drink a lot of WATER!

  2. Red meat clogs you up and can cause bowel cancer.  Eggs can also clog you up.

Liquid chlorophyll and pine apple every day will help as they both promote a healthy digestive environment.

  3. Go for a week (or more) without eating gluten or dairy, and see if it helps.    (A friend of mine had chronic constipation for years, and everything cleared up after she got off of gluten and dairy.)  It's not the cure for everyone, but since celiac disease (inability to digest gluten) affects 1 out of every 133 people, it's not a bad place to check for the source of your problem.
