  1. High protein diet for bulking up. Amino acids to reduce soreness periods. Having a good diet, as well as resting your muscles by sleeping properly. Also for bulking up you might want to try creatine, ive taken sizeon with alot of gains in the gym. It also helped me gain muscle mass in a short period of time. If you decide to look into creatine find a higher quality form that wont fill your muscles with water.  


  2. Start light  to get em on, But i start with like 40 push ups to get em hot ASAP. then go heavy.

  3. Heavy weight. Don't be a girl and use lightweight, unless it's a light day. But even than, it should be moderately heavy. Also, do you squat and deadlift? If not, do these 2 amazing exercises, you will become a god among men if you do.
