What can you do to prevent the white spots from your braces??

i brush basically 3 times a day. but my friend has this stuff i think from crest and she brushes with it then leaves it in at night. does that really work??

I had braces and my teeth did not have white spots. Just continue to brush regulary, floss and use flouride rinse recommended by orthodontists. I'm not so sure about those crest white strips. Talk to your dentist.

you dont get white squares when you take off your braces. it may just be a rumor or something, but its not true.
