What can you do when you're really bored in a small town with not much money?

I live in a small town that doesn't have much to offer. Most of it is for tourists My friend and I are always bored and don't have much money. Even if we did, there's not a lot to do. I've always heard "Get a hobby!", but you'd have to go out of town to do that. We have a theater, but that cost 8 bucks. We usually just walk around talking about nothing. We're not old enough to get jobs yet, sadly.

paint!! i like to find old ugly looking household items and paint and re-decorate them.

you could also try finding a video game or online game that interests you?

maybe take up an instrument?
