What can you do when you just feel blah and lazy and depressed all at the same time?

Female in 40's, dealing with the stress, on prozac (not doing much although DR upped it to 40mg). My older dog is very sick and I am making a move to another country to be w/husband. I'm feeling so down and wondered if something natural could help my overall feeling of wellness.

    Then seek after anything that will inspire you.  You have to start somewhere and only you can do that. When you get something that inspires you and encourages you, your behavior will change.
