What can you do with a permit?

in Michigain, when you get your permit where can you go? thanks.

MICHIGAN

14 yrs. 9 mos. Teens can begin drivers ed.

Once enrolled in Driver Ed. teen can drive with a licensed driver age 21+ (also must log all driving experience)

After required hours of driving experience are attained and teen passes written test, teen may take physical driving test.

16 teen may drive between restricted hours alone (exception is driving to or from work)

17 teen may drive with no restrictions.

--unless

family farm requires child to drive farm vehicles a child can be 12 so long as they do not leave farm property

--or

parent(s) are disabled and child needs to drive because of hardship the child can get license at 14.

Both scenerios require child to pass written and physical driving tests.
