You can also access a website with its IP address if the domain is locked through some blocker in your computer.

Start/run

type in &quot;cmd&quot; (xp)

Type in

&quot;tracert &quot; follow by the ip

you wont be able to unblock a website with an IP address, but you can sneek around the firewall!

(for ex:

if Myspace is blocked you can sneek around the firewall using the IP address.)
