Side note: Flash works for me in Google Chrome.  I think it's because I had Flash for Firefox installed.  If flash isn't working try downloading the Firefox/Opera/Safari version and installing it.  Google Chrome is based on the same technology as Safari (WebKit)

Open source means you are able to change/add/delete code to implement enhancements to the browser. You may redistribute the code to share with the world without profiting from the changes you made.

For one Adobe needs to develop a Flash Plugin for it ASAP.
