Speech can hurt or it can heal.  It can destroy.  Speech has a voice and a tone that can express the meaning of many words.  Speech can be a positive experience or it can be disasterous and give us a negative image.  We have a responsibility to use our power of speech because it can have an effect on ours or someone elses mind so we must respect that and speak from the heart.
