  1. Cards are always cheap and easy to make.  You can get a pack of blank cards for really cheap and decorate them in whatever way you want ... like for example cut out a little stencil (or buy one) and paint a design on the front.  Takes like 10minutes.  Also, jewellery like friendship bracelets for example.  You could knit things but it takes longer and is more expensive for you to make.  You could also make little pouches ... either little purses (just add a button) or a pouch that you stuff some lavender in for example.  Those can be quite popular.  All you'd need is some scrap material - you could ask a fabric shop for their cut-offs (often free or sometimes for a small price) or just get some old material like clothes or sheets and decorate it yourself.

    Good luck.

  2. tote bags to use instead of plastic bags

old sheets can be used or some very inexpensive cloth

  3. My husband and I worked with wooden prodjects.  It was several different items, wall hangings, hair dryer/curling iron holders, butterfly boxes, etc.  He did the cutting out and I did the painting.  We set up tent with another couple at different festivals.  But you know what sold like hot cakes. Sponge balls!  I sat out front of our tent and made sponge balls.  I had one of those big plastic buckets with rope handles.  I sat there and kept putting them into the bucket as I made them.  The kids went crazy over them.  Sold them for 75cents a piece.

    Supplies Needed

3 solid color soft foam sponges. (usually about 1" think and 6" long)

1- 6 to 10" electric cord tie wrap (they are found in the dollar store   about 50 to a pack)

    Scissors
