What can you make with lasagna noodles?

Can you make anything with lasagna noodles besides lasagna?

I had our lunch all planned out, but when it came time to make it I realized I don't have everything I need to make lunch.

You can cook the lasagna noodles just until al dente and roll it around meat mixtures to make individual little items.  For instance, make a mixture of garlic, onions, ground beef, ground pork, an egg and bread crumbs.  Roll it in a ball and wrap the lasagna noodle around it.  Line the wraps side-by-side. Bake 350º for 10 minutes.  Drain.  Add spaghetti sauce or even Enchilada sauce if you want spicy, and bake for 30-40 minutes until the meat is done.  Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake 5 minutes more or until melted.  Enjoy!

yes you can,  I like to make a spinach filling and will boil the noodles and when they are cooked, I roll the filling into the noodles and bake them like enchilades.

you can make lasagna and you can also cook it then use a pizza cutter to make it into fettachinee or u can make a casarole or a kids food by cutting it into shapes!

What exactly are you missing?  You can boil up the lasagna noodles, cool them and then put cheese and meat on them and roll them up, stick a toothpick in them, cover them with sauce and put them in a pan in the oven.  Sprinkle a little more cheese on them and then bake them until they're nice and hot and the cheese is all melty.  Serve them to the kids as meat'n'cheese roll ups.  They'll love them!  If you're out of meat, skip it and put some veggies in with the cheese.
