when i was in italy everyone just shot it....if u are going to mix it though i would try orange juice

I have a bottle that I've been sitting on for well over 3 years and the best I've ever gotten out of anybody is that you're supposed to drink small quantities of it chilled after a meal.  I've failed to find a decent mix for it thus far, its sweetness is overbearing even when it's mixed in my experience.
