  1. I think they are not thinking especially occuring in everyday of their lives.  


  2. I dare say most people do this regularly.  Mostly we see this because of irrational behavior. Not always in an act against someone else, but sometimes by continuing to do things they have habitually done for years, that has not produce peace happiness or success.  This is classified as insanity also.

    If you look at and think about what results our habits or actions will bring, then changing those merry-go-round ways of behavior is the only sane thing to do. If your thinking patterns are not in the way that it will bring you a desired effect, YOU NEED TO CHANGE that pattern of thought. And YOU can change that attitude or pattern of thinking !

    You can take control of what you think about on a continuious

    basis...It's what you spend time thinking about , that you are becoming. So, recognize it for what it is and do something about it. To overcome anything negative you Have to replace it with something positive and beneficial.  Daydreaming will not change anything except mold and staleness !!!  Don't keep doing what is not ever going to work for you.  YOU can change it starting now !  Put something worthwhile into your own spirit !!! Attitude is everything in this life and it can be improved upon !
