  1. Taking the recommended dose of your vitamin shouldn't interfere with any over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen (Advil) or acetaminophen (Tylenol). So they're safe to take if you have a headache.

Some vitamins can interfere with some prescription medications if taken at the same time. But this is rare and your doctor or pharmacist will tell you about those interactions when you pick them up from your pharmacy.

If you have any specific questions about medications not to take together, your best resource is your pharmacist. They can look it up if they don't know off the top of their head.

As for why you developed a headache after taking the vitamins, there may be many different causes. A doctor would need to know when you started taking the vitamins, how much you take (daily), and if you've ever had a headache before after taking them. Otherwise, it might just be a random occurrence.

  2. Don't take vitamins, just eat healthy. Do you think nature wanted all that in a pill? Is that even possible? Come on.

  3. Vitamines don't interact with medication.
