He's 23.    Nothing more can be determined by the limited information you've provided.  Unless you want some "voodoo" analyses, such as astrology.  If so, you're in the wrong section of Yahoo Answers.

He's 23. He pretty much entirely missed out on the 80's, so he is very much a product of the 90's. He doesn't remember when MTV only played videos or when there wasn't "reality" on tv. Computers and cell phones have always been a part of his life. There is a greater chance that he was raised by a single parent or that his parents divorced than there is that he was raised by both parents in the same home. He was 16 on 9/11. War has been a distant reality for most of his adult life.
