Well, I can tell you that they are both awesome! And the Joker is the best Villain of all time! Harvy was kinda laggin on being evil, cuz he started out good, but he pulled off being a bad guy really well! Not even close to Joker though! No one compares to him!

Harley Quinn and The Joker are certifiably insane and completely awesome. Her real name is Dr. Harleen Quinzel. She was originally a dumb blond who wanted to get to study inmates in Arkham insane asylum, but she fell hard for the Joker and in his own twisted way he sort of fell for her, too. She helps him escape (a few times, I think, actually) and they run around together creating havoc.

Harley is sometimes a friend with Poison Ivy but that's a whole 'nother answer. Anyway that's the basics of the two. The comics spread off into many different story lines after that.
