What can you tell me about the histories of these two surnames?

I found it very hard to find any genealogical record of my family because I'm Asian, and I guess no one ever cared enough to research Asian surnames. There aren't any serious records of my family's history as far as I know. Even a little information is appreciated. I'm Vietnamese. My last name is Lê and my mom's maiden name is Nguyễn.
