What can you use to get sticky thin brown places off of no-stick pans?

I clean my no-stick pans, pizza pans, and cookie sheets but there is still a sticky substance left on the pans and on the bottom. Besides using brillo pads that would scratch the surface, what other method can you use?

Try oven cleaner.Those brown spots are burnt on grease and oil.Oven cleaner will take it off.Spray and let soak.Then rinse and wash in hot soapy water as usual.
