Mine is still young, but she can already say a lot.  She picked words up faster than any of my other birds.  She says "I love you", "Hey baby"(her name), "Come here", she says thank you when I give her food and water, and there are other thing that she is trying to say, but I can't understand it yet.  

She loves her swing.  She will stand on it and go upside down when you are walking past her.  She is just so funny to watch.

I am teaching her to put a ring on a peg now.  Right now all she does is bring me the ring and then usually says "I love you" after.  I didn't think such a small bird would be able to learn things so fast.

By the way, they're very affectionate.  They can be prone to biting, but this is primarily a problem when they're young, and this behavior can be curbed with time and patience.  For tricks, see my other response.  :)
