The headwaters of the Mississippi are in Minnesota, so it's unlikely any drain into the Mississippi River.  The only one which could be part of that would be the one directly north of Minnesota.  However, if you include the Missouri, I believe Alberta does.

A very small part of Saskatchewan drains southward to the Missouri and thus into the Mississippi. Similarly a small part of Alberta drains that same way.
