What cant profesional rugby players do 48 hours before a match?

I was told rugby players cant do somehing 48 hours before a match, but it was said in a rude kinda way so i have idea's but im not sure so please help me out.

  1. If it was said in a rude way, then it probably does refer to s*x, however if the person was serious, then the only real things that I can think of would be to drink anything alcoholic or eat foods with a high fat content.

    If you have s*x before a game, that will relax yourself, making you more soft. And that's very bad for a rugby player.

    I would advice you not to make s*x in less 24 hours before a game. (P.S: The advice would be stronger if you are a forward)
