  1. What you CANNOT bring on to planes?

    Restricted Carry-On Items

These may not be carried onboard, but are acceptable as checked luggage. Examples of these items include:

        * Liquids, Gels, Lotions: Or similar items such as beverages, hairspray, toothpaste and shampoo that exceed 3.4 ounces/100 ml and/or do not fit within ONE, QUART-SIZE clear plastic zip-top bag.

        * Sharp Objects: Box cutters, knives, razor blades, scissors, swords

        * Sporting Goods: Baseball bats, golf clubs, hockey/lacrosse sticks, pool cues, ski poles

        * Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, mace, tear-gas, martial arts weapons, stun guns

        * Tools: Axes, hammers, drills, pliers, saws, screwdrivers, wrenches

        * Other Hazardous Materials: Dry ice, poisons, infectious substances

  2. everyones basiccly said it up ^^ so....not much point of me saying it again =)

  3. Best bet is to call your air-carrier the day before your departure and ask them.

Homeland Security, seem to change their mind on a daily basis, on what is or isn't allowed.

  4. Okay I've traveled a lot.

You can have your makeup, as long as it's not a liquid in a container larger than 3.4 oz and it has to be in a clear zip lock bag.

Also, you cannot bring nailclippers, scissors, or other sharp objects..

I'm going to link you to 2 Northwest Airlines sites that you can see a complete list of everything you can and cannot bring on.

And if you should accidently bring one of these items, they simply take it away from you.. They won't suspect you as a terrorist unless you're like, completely armed with a billion weapons or something. lol. You should be fine. Don't stress over it too badly.

  5. Here's a link to the website that will tell you everything you need to know about what you can (and cannot) bring on an airplane:

    http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/p...

  6. You are allowed two carryon bags, but they have to be not larger than a small backpack. One carryon is better.  Laptops are allowed but count as a carryon.

All liquids & gels in containers over 3 ounces and anything that might even LOOK like a weapon (nail file, scissors, etc.) should go in your checked bag.

Go to www.tsa.gov for more info on prohibited items.
