  1. If he is granted parole, the parole board or official will inform him of what he can and can't do. He can not be in possession of firearms. He can not vote. He can not run for public office. He can not use alcohol or illegal drugs. I am sure there are plenty of more "can nots" but this is what I know. I know that he can obey the law. Maybe he should have obeyed the law in the first place.

  2. Spell

  3. HE CANNOT:

    leave the state;

    own, use or possess any weapon and/or gun;

    have any ammunition;

    be near drug users or sellers;

    be near gang members;

    get arrested;

    etc.

  4. Parole. And no, a parolee cannot posess, use, or have in his/her possesion a firearm, firecrackers, or smoke-bomb. Neither can he utilize alcohol, or distilled spirits. He may observe the laws, and not break any therein. Good Luck to you and your chum.

  5. im on parole now iv been on parole for 9 years with 6 more to go .

    you cant own a gun of any type bb,spring ,air

    and you cant travel out of the state unless you tell your PO where you are going and you have a travel pass,and you CAN drink but not exsessivly ,you cant have any contact with police what so ever  you have to maintain a job and a home  you do get drug tested  so i would tell him not to do dope, and he will have to pay his probation fees and you cant hang out with other people on parole or probation ,only under certin sercumstances like  if you have a family member of coworker

    on it ,ooo about the guns and bullits ...if you even get into a car with them in it ,,even if you dont know about it ,it vio's you ooo and trust me they will come to your house at 3 in the mourning to see if you r home and give you a drug test for the first few years ,but if he keeps his nose clean and does what he supposted to do he will walk it

  6. The standards of parole are set by his parole officer.  And if he is a convicted felon, no he cannot have a gun. He cannot leave the state without permission from his parole officer as well.

    *****Looks like I can't spell either...

  7. Well if he is a lot like you, he can't use spell-check for one thing.
