What cant you eat if you have just got your lip pierced?

I had mine done twice at the same time and the first thing I ate about an hour later was an ice cream, I dont recomend this though because things got a bit messy haha.

You can eat pretty much anything though, as long as you can pick it up and get it past your lip its ok lol.

You can eat anything! I wouldn't drink alcohol for a day or too in case i prevents it from healing but anything else should be fine!



I found when i had mine done i found it quite hard to eat for the first day as  my lip felt all swollen even though it wasn't!

Keep it clean too!!!!

Use green Listerine mouthwash to clean the inside and spray savlon to clean the out side (you can use normal savlon but i found the coldness of the spray was really nice!)

I don't have my lips pierced, but i don't recommend anything too spicy. it could get around the holes and burn. or they could even get infected.
