Well it depends on things like what is the rated capacity f the SMPS on the server, would you be running additional devices like Moniters/printers etc on this very UPS, what kind of backup do you need? .i.e. do you need something to just run the server for 2 minutes till the switchover, or for longer durations.. Battery types (Lead acid or Dry batteries) etc etc etc..
