for starters, i would say Honda Civic. But my favorite would be the Nissan Skyline GT

Its just whatever car you like. Every car you see can be modded out with bodykits , rims and stereo systems. It all depends on what your use of the car is and what your budget is. To be honest their is no Perfect car to mod. But the Honda Civics have a variety of body kits and various little accessories due to its popularity in the tuner community.
