Golf is a better car than Focus no matter what. Ford is made cheap to reduce production costs. DO NOT BUY FORD

Hmm Ignore answer 1 for definite.  The ford focus is widely recognised as one of the best handling and fun cars to drive cars on the road with excellent build quality and lots of features for the money! It really depends on what model year and make you are in the market for. Personally I would go for a focus purely because It is a slightly bigger car, will cost less to upkeep and i will get more car for my money.
