What car??????????

Question

I need a car thats under 30,000$$$ and its electric.. and its street leagle and not the Zenn car because i need it for highways AND* i want it too be a car and it needs a roof that can open and close behind u so you can driv with out a top can you give me a link too it thanks!!!

I hate to tell you this but you'll have to wait.  As of right now there are only few prototypes and the Tesla roadster that have the performance you're asking for.

There is nothing less than $50,000 available unless it is a NEV like the ZENN.  There are going to be some good freeway cars out at the end of 2009 from both Miles and ZENN.

The Toyota Prius is an excellent car if you include hybrids.  They have decent power and get 50 or better mpg.  They have the package fairly well refined.
